The house was perfect for our needs. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great. The common spaces aren’t huge but sufficient. Nice decks with an across the road view of the beach. Outdoor shower was a plus post beach. Only negatives were the size and condition of the charcoal grill and the road noise. But overall a very nice experience.

Great space for our groups need. Close to the beach. Quick responses from the property manager. The noise from the main road can be significant at night during high traffic times. Sufficient supplies (i.e. toilet paper, trash bags) were not provided. We had to run to the store in the middle of our stay. Property does allow smoking outside but some smell is present when you first open the door. Couches maybe hold the smell. The couches are pretty dirty and could use a cleaning or replacement. Bedrooms are great with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again but come more prepared.
