A very beautiful, bright, and elegant apartment furnished in Italian style, featuring a large sun terrace and a unique view of the ocean. Absolutely prime location in Puerto de la Cruz. The city center is just a few minutes’ walk away, and Loro Parque is about 300 meters away. Restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a hair salon, a beauty salon, and shops are all in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has approximately 60 m² of living space, including a separate bedroom, a living room with a dining area, an open-concept kitchen, a hallway, a bathroom, and a large sun terrace.

The apartment is as advertised. The location is fantastic. Beach and walking trails are directly across the street. ( no up/down hills to get to all the locations at beach level). There are convenient small supermarkets and other supplies at the location and a short drive to large supermarkets and other stores.
Apt 2424 (inside the view of pool area) has sun in the afternoon and evening. It has a great view of Teide and limited view of ocean. You can hear the waves breaking on the beach (very nice)
The pool area is very clean and accessible
Having a car was great for us since we did multiple trips up Teide and to large supermarkets and to Santa Cruz.
We found one really good Italian restaurant (Rosas) within walking distance. It would be worthwhile to do some advance investigation to identify other good restaurants (which we didn’t do, and didn’t find)
The north side of the island is full of trees and greenery. It was very nice for us. There was no noise near our apt, in fact the quiet was unexpected. There are live entertainment events at the apt complex on Fri and Sat nite that we stumbled on. It was great fun and chance to meet people.
We would definitely recommend this location.
