The 78m² apartment "Flora" in La Paz fills you from the first moment with a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing.
You have arrived in a newly furnished holiday apartment with 2 sun terraces, 2 bedrooms, a tastefully furnished living room with adjoining kitchen, fully equipped with an adjoining room for the washing machine and all useful things where nothing is missing.
The terraces offer new seating for 4 people with 2 sun loungers and impress with a clear view of the sea and the Teide, accompanied by a well-tended garden landscape, where the pool is also located.
Both living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace and a bed size of 180 x 200 cm equipped with new high quality mattresses (2 single mattresses on single slatted frames each 90x200cm) and let you quickly find nightly relaxation.
Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes with lots of storage space and hanging options.
The bathroom with shower, large vanity, toilet and bity can be reached independently from both bedrooms.
The apartment is ideal for a family with 1-2 children but also possible for 2 couples, there is the possibility of an extra bed.
An underground parking space is reserved for your rental car with direct elevator access to the apartment.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage und einer gemütlichen Wohnung verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts.

4Wochen Urlaub bei Kerstin und Ebi sind nicht zu toppen.
Sie sind die Superhosts, die man sich wünscht:
Liebenswerte, herzliche und sehr erfahrene Gastgeber, die auf die Wünsche ihrer Gäste eingehen und mit Freude erfüllen. Sie sind aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Man fühlt sich aufgenommen und wie bei guten Freunden.
Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. In den Betten schläft man wie in Morpheus Armen. Schöne Aussicht auf Meer und Berge.
Wir haben diese Zeit genossen und für 2023 sofort wieder gebucht.
