Full one bedroom apartment with good-sized bedroom and bathroom, kitchen/living/dining combined in a modern apartment building. there is a huge yard with a hot tub for the unit we got - bonus. minimally equipped kitchen but we made do. hosts were responsive to our requests (kitchen items, wifi). handy to downtown Puerto without being noisy. (be ready for hills to go downtown - there is an easy bus too.) Enjoyed our stay here for 10 days in Januarey visiting Peurto and other cities.
We knew there was no parking but we had NO problems finding a spot every night at the curb nearby. this would likely be more of a concern in high season. The apt has a large pull-in area for unloading (but not for parking.) the only difficulty with the access to the unit on arrival was our misunderstanding about the name of the floors - we struggled up the elevator to our unit follwoing the video provided only to discover that our unit was on the ground floor and we did not need the elevator. A small matter but when you are tired and hungry and confused etc...

The room was spacious and clean, the kitchen well equipped, the bedroom was separate, with good firm mattresses and pillows. The cleaning staff was super friendly and helped us close the sofa bed that we didn't need, the managing staff always wrote to check on us and sent recommendations for things to do in the area. The location was wonderful, right next to the lovely orchid garden.
The furniture looked quite old, worn and torn, but overall clean. The position wasn't very close to the city centre, especially on the way back climbing all those stairs can be a little challenging. It can be somewhat noisy at night since it is very close to the street.

Superficial cleanliness. Insufficient space for host 4 guest. The water remained stuck in the sink. The water boiler was damaged, drops of water were leaking on the clothes rack so it was not possible to hang clothes.
