The apartment is as advertised. The location is fantastic. Beach and walking trails are directly across the street. ( no up/down hills to get to all the locations at beach level). There are convenient small supermarkets and other supplies at the location and a short drive to large supermarkets and other stores. Apt 2424 (inside the view of pool area) has sun in the afternoon and evening. It has a great view of Teide and limited view of ocean. You can hear the waves breaking on the beach (very nice) The pool area is very clean and accessible Having a car was great for us since we did multiple trips up Teide and to large supermarkets and to Santa Cruz. We found one really good Italian restaurant (Rosas) within walking distance. It would be worthwhile to do some advance investigation to identify other good restaurants (which we didn’t do, and didn’t find) The north side of the island is full of trees and greenery. It was very nice for us. There was no noise near our apt, in fact the quiet was unexpected. There are live entertainment events at the apt complex on Fri and Sat nite that we stumbled on. It was great fun and chance to meet people. We would definitely recommend this location.

Schönes Appartement mit einer grossen Terasse und schönem seitlichen Blick auf's Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir hatten Westseite gebucht mit grosser Dusche. Bekommen haben wir Ostseite mit Badewanne und Duschbrause. War aber gemäss Vermieter ein Versehen. Er hat uns eine andere Wohnung angeboten aber nach einer Woche wollten wir nicht wegen einer weiteren Woche umziehen. Nun wir haben es überlebt. Sonst war die Wohnung wie im Inserat - Top. Zu empfehlen: Mietwagen vom Vermieter. Dabei ist ein Garageplatz was sehr von Vorteil ist. Parkplätze in der Nähe der Anlage sind meist besetzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appart très propre, vue superbe sur océan et bananeraie, très bien placé avec restaurant, bars et commerces à proximité, centre ville à 20 min. Mobilier un peu vieillot mais TV et wifi ok. Thomas notre hôte, sympa et arrangeant, facile à joindre. Excellent séjour.
