-Las vistas desde la casa al mar, a las escaleras de Agatha Christie y al Teide.
-Que está cerca Mercadona y el centro comercial.
-Justo debajo del piso alquilamos un coche a buen precio.
-La amabilidad de la persona que gestiona el alquiler del apartamento.

Buen apartamento fuimos cinco amigas y nos gustó calidad /precio genial
La ubicación fue lo que no nos acabó de convencer del todo, ya que todas las noches había movida.. por lo demás el apartamento 10/10

The flat had only two benefits for us:
- great size and a lot of space for a family of 4, as it has two separate bedrooms
- fantastic sea view
+ Staff was very nice!
- mold in the washing machine and the fridge
- unfortunately, we couldn't use the washing machine as it was so dirty
- freezing; the windows are old, so there is very bad isolation and there is a draft, also it can get noisy
- location was OK, but a steep climb uphill and beaches close by were with stones. We preferred the part of the city close to Playa Jardin.
- it could be cleaner.
If the owners would put new washing machine and new fridge, fix the window isolation, and deep clean this could easily be an 8 property.
