This updated condo is ideally located in the upscale area of Monarch Beach, and within walking distance to the Waldorf Astoria Resort, the Monarch Beach Golf Links, and the Ritz Carlton Resort. The beach is easily accessible via a one and a half mile walking path that winds along the Monarch Golf Course and under the Pacific Coast Highway. Ocean view while located above the 17th Green.
