About this apartment rental

Enjoy the peace and tranquility in the Artist's Residence! The condominium overlooks the private garden in a residential area rich in green spaces, well-connected and only 20 minutes from the city center. The spacious entrance, not an open space with the living room, ensures privacy for the two bedrooms. The living room features a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, and the functional bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. With 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, and fiber optics, it's perfect for smart working. Free parking is available in the condominium courtyard.

The location is excellent for reaching the city center via public transport:
- Line 4 on Corso Unione Sovietica, crossing the entire city (passes in front of Porta Nuova train station), University of Management and Economics, Holy Shroud Chapel, Palatine Gates, and Porta Palazzo market.
- Line 10 on Corso Unione Sovietica, stopping in front of the Polytechnic University of Turin, Pala Alpitur, Olimpico Grande Torino Stadium, and Porta Susa train station.
- Line 8 on Corso Unione Sovietica leading to Lingotto train station, Lingotto Fiere, Eataly, Automobile Museum, Carignano Palace, and Mole Antonelliana (Cinema Museum), from where you can walk to the Egyptian Museum.
- Line 63 on Via Onorato Vigliani to reach the Filadelfia sports center, Lingotto train station, Polytechnic University, Solferino square, and the Egyptian Museum.
- Line 92 in Piazza Caio Mario to reach PalaTazzoli, Agnelli Cinema Theater, University of Management and Economics, Olimpico Grande Torino Stadium, Porta Nuova train station, and Piazza Castello (Madama Palace, Royal Palace, Holy Shroud Chapel).
- Line 62 in Piazza Caio Mario (terminus) to reach the Allianz Stadium.
- Line 34 on Strada delle Cacce leading to the Bengasi metro terminus, Automobile Museum, Lingotto Fiere Turin.

We are a 20-minute walk from the Bengasi metro terminus.

The Lingotto neighborhood is well-served with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, pet stores, banks, and spacious parks including Colonnetti, Vittorio Park, and a wooded area with a free barbecue area, near the Mausoleum of Bela Rosin.
