About this villa rental
Villa "El Mar" (The Sea) was given this name because of its impressive location atop a small cliff, where it stands as an unbeatable vantage point overlooking the Atlantic Ocean’s never-ending, spectacular changes day and night. Located on the north coast of Tenerife, as part of a small private housing development consisting of only 12 homes, it is surrounded by banana plantations and offers exceptional views of the protected natural area of La Rambla Castro, where visitors can enjoy both Canarian nature and the seashore.
The Space
Located on the north coast of Tenerife, as part of a small private housing development consisting of only 12 homes, it is surrounded by banana plantations and offers exceptional views of the protected natural area of La Rambla Castro, where Canarian nature and the seashore can be enjoyed in all their magnificence.
Silence and privacy are fully assured: the lapping of the waves and the chirping of the birds are the only sounds to be heard.
Despite this unique geographical setting, which offers tranquility and relaxation, it is only a 15-minute drive from Puerto de la Cruz—a major tourist destination in the north of the island—and La Orotava, one of the island’s most fascinating historic towns, where you’ll find elegant shops and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés.
It is also an excellent starting point for exploring the rest of the island; in that case, we’ll be happy to provide you with all the information you need to enjoy it like a local.
Although simply furnished, it is nonetheless very comfortable, functional, and stylish. Fully equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, burglar alarm, etc.), it also features a jacuzzi, a sauna, a small garden, and two marvelous terraces overlooking the sea.

Amazing short stay with family in this well equipped villa with breathtaking views! Appreciated all the small details like drinks and a fruit bowl upon arrival, extra toilet paper and dish soap, plenty of spices for cooking, and even robes in each bedroom. It’s an oasis of privacy and nature with a small path down to the ocean nearby. The sauna, outside jacuzzi and incredible bathtub were huge perks for us! The host was easy and kind and extra accommodating. We will definitely return! Thanks again Fernando!

Great location and accommodation. Captivating views and welcome attention to detail to ensure a very comfortable stay. Host was both helpful, responsive and welcoming. One of the best holiday rentals on Tenerife.
