About this house rental
House located on a private estate with views of the entire La Orotava Valley and the Teide.
It is great for couples, families, and groups.
Perfect place to work in complete connection with nature.
Children will find the perfect place to have fun
Beautiful place for walkers, the GR 131 (long-distance trail) passes a few meters from the house. You can go horse riding in the area. Perfect for mountain biking and running.

The area lends itself to long walks on dirt roads between trees, it is great to relax and recharge batteries.
The heat is provided by two closed fireplaces that heats the entire house and electric heating.
Farm full of chestnuts. In the time of chestnuts you can enjoy the taste of these in the wood oven.
You can also enjoy apples, pears, quinces, only guests can take the necessary fruit, depending on the time, the days they are on the farm to enjoy its flavor, etc ..., totally organic.
Every day is a beauty in the place, even the foggy days have their mystery and the photos that come out are wonderful.
In summer you can enjoy the sea of clouds, a unique show.
The walks in the surroundings are endless being able to make walks to different places by nature without cars, or asphalt.
The house has 3 bedrooms, two of them with capacity for three people and the third with two single beds and one double bed of 1.40 wide
It also has two bathrooms, two living rooms, and four different dining areas, inside and outside the house.
You can communicate with the owners at any time, being available for any setback or need.

A really special property for those that love being away from it all in nature. Full of charm, gorgeous house with spectacular views. I will warn that you'll want to be a confident driver (preferably with a 4 wheel drive car) to get to the property but outside of that, nothing but bliss!

This unique property offers a beautiful setting with views that will take your breath away. If we had been prepared for the treacherous drive to the home from La Orotova, we would have enjoyed our stay thoroughly despite the fact that the “pool” is really a water feature, the washer does not come with a dryer, and getting groceries involved a 20 minute trip into LaOratova down steep and winding narrow streets. We stayed for 6 nights over New Years Eve and the home was equipped with space heaters, but we were not able to get the one working fireplace going. It was cold, so we bundled up in blankets and enjoyed playing cards and watching the sun rise and set from the rooftop. I think all the negatives can be overlooked if you are someone who enjoys freezing cold showers and washing dishes in cold water. As an American from the US, I truly enjoyed the tranquility and beauty that surrounded La Jara, but the cold showers are the one thing that will keep us from wanting to book here again.
