For people with disabilities or walking difficulties, it would be helpful to indicate this when booking the accommodation units, as the paths to the accommodations are mostly paved with very uneven stones or are sometimes quite steep and therefore not suitable for these people.

Amazing 3 nights stay to celebrate my birthday in real Tenerife. The apartments were just stunning, cared for with love, and you could see it in all the small details. The location is breathtaking—surrounded by greenery and ocean views. So peaceful a place where you can go as a couple but also ideal for solo travel looking to relax. We stayed in number 13, and it felt like sleeping in the middle of the ocean. The cottage itself is very well equipped. The host (sorry, I forgot her name) was incredibly welcoming, and nothing was ever a problem. She always anticipated our needs with kind and thoughtful communication. She organised a delicious birthday cake for me from a local bakery and left a bottle of local white wine. I didn’t even have to ask for it! The outside space dedicated to each cottage is wonderful space for al fresco dinning with spectacular views. You can also order breakfast each morning which is a great option if don’t feel like making one. There is a lovely small and very clean swimming pool overlooking the ocean and greenery. It was very clear that the staff working there are genuinely happy, which adds to the atmosphere. This is one of those places that will always stay in your heart. Beautiful, authentic towns are only a 10-minute drive away La Orotava. We will be back 💯 to this wonderful oasis.

We had an unforgettable week at this accommodation. The sound of the ocean, the incredible view from our window, and the heated pool made our stay truly special. The territory is cozy and secluded, which creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to help. We would definitely love to come back.

Sorry to say that our room smelt intensely of urine, coming from one corner of the room. We alerted this to the whatsapp as soon as we checked in as we were out of hours, and were told each room had a unique odour due to the age of the hotel, it wasn't like a "common hotel" and if we were upset we should open a window. We asked the next day if we could swap to a different room that didn't smell and were told we could if we spent the €250 difference between rooms. This was really disappointing as we were so excited to stay, but this bad experience and poor customer engagement left us feeling sad and frustrated.
