Take a look at the before pictures, and you won't believe your eyes. This cabin underwent a transformation like no other and is a great example of space planning! It comfortably accommodates 7 people and is loaded with some of the coolest features a vacation home can have. Combine that with the location right behind the 4-Way and Cozy's Cabin is one of the hippest addresses in town!
Stepping into Cozy's Cabin is a trip from the past to the future. Pulling up you will notice that the outside has been painstakingly preserved to appear just as it did when the early settlers came to Crested Butte. Inside is nothing short of amazing! Upon entering the home you are in the open living, kitchen, and dining area. Created so that the whole family is part of the action, this cabin is meant for fun. There's even a net to turn the dining area into a ping pong table for those late night family competitions!
The kitchen has been created for the gourmet chef in all of us. Outfitted with Carrerra marble countertops surrounding a La Cornue Fe stove and oven from France...this is a chef's dream getaway. Built into the custom cabinetry you will find a Sub-Zero fridge, Bosch dishwasher and Asko washer and dryer.
On the main level is also the master bedroom with queen bed. The master bath has a beautiful stainless and porcelain soaking tub that takes you back to yesteryear, (only the miners just wish they had anything like this!) Out back is a flagstone patio and large yard for the kids to play in. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom is designed with kids in mind. There are 3 built in twin beds (2 with trundles) and a flat panel TV for movie night. Across the hall is a room with two twin beds that can be converted to a king in the blink of an eye. The full bath on this level has dual vanities and a large shower with incredible views of Mt. Crested Butte.
With a nod to the past but firmly set in the future, Cozy's Cabin has everything your family needs to make those perfect Crested Butte memories!

We've rented Cozy's Cabin every summer since it was available on VRBO and always enjoy our time. Great location and beautifully updated cabin!

Overall the place is solid - the inside is really amazing and well appointed. The location is also nice. The main issue is the front of the house - what the pictures and description do not show is that the property borders a very busy parking lot with a dumpster right outside. The pictures intentionally hide this and make it look like its on a quaint quiet street; its not. There are people right in front of the property all day with their bikes, changing, cooking, dumping trash in the dumpster. If dumpsters and parking lots don't bother you then no big deal; as i mentioned the inside is really great and location is good; but for me and my family when we are paying at a relatively higher price point i'd at least like to know what i am signing up for; hence the real issue is the fact that this was never disclosed and clearly it should have been.
