The PRIVATE OUTDOOR HOT TUB and patio with fire pit, along with FIREPLACE, are the perfect way to unwind after a long day exploring the mountains, skiing, hiking, or biking! No need for a rental car, Pinewood Cottage is perfectly located in town. Only 1 block away is the free Mtn Shuttle to everywhere, including non-stop direct to Mt CB ski lifts. With 3 bedrooms + a loft accessible by ladder (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 pull-out bed) and 2 bathrooms, there's plenty of room here for the whole gang.
Finishes such as river rock shower, stainless steel appliances, and granite (just to name a few) bring a beautiful elegance to this mountain getaway. Luxury decor and hand-collected maps, art, travel, and adventure books from around the world bring a wonderful feel to the place.
Great for kids is the new modern playscape playground with climbing rock and picnic area and the BMX dirt track for bicycles. All are only two blocks away at Rainbow Park.
The remodel was “green” and completed by a LEED-certified contractor using recycled and eco-friendly products. All appliances, showers, and lighting are above Energy Star standards. We also provide 100% recycled, eco-friendly, and chemical-free toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and laundry soap.
Views include Mt Crested Butte to the front and Red Lady Mt to the back. With skylights, you can stargaze Crested Butte's clear night skies from the comfort of your bed. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! This house is in a perfect location! You can walk to town. The house is VERY well equipped. The spice rack alone was impressive. The outdoor area is nice. You may want to bring a camp chair to take to the outdoor concerts or sit on the back deck. Nicole was great to work with. Very responsive. I would choose this place again.

We arrived to find the refrigerator not working with a cooler full of perishables. The owner was very quick in responding and talked me through flipping a breaker switch that was left in the off position by the dishwasher repair people. She then informed me that the dishwasher was not working (no proactive note on that so I
would have had to figure that out if I had not contacted her about refrigerator). The whole cottage is small but nicely furnished. We did not find it very clean. Their were a couple of nuts and cereal pieces on the kitchen floor under counter area. Their were also crumbs on the area rug and the dining table was not clean. It definitely left an impression (and concern) for us of how clean the bedrooms, bathrooms and sheets really were. We could not lock the front door - the deadbolt would not engage and that's the only. way to lock the door. To be fair I did not complain about this or the lack of cleanliness while staying there. I didn't want the hassle. Good location, okay accomodation that is very expensive for what you get.
