Town home located in the quaint village of Crested Butte. Construction completed in 1998 with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Open, sunny living space.

Three levels including a heated mudroom entryway, two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a sleeping loft with two queen beds and half bath, two additional full baths, complete laundry and kitchen with everything you'll need. Main level has vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, walk-out deck with gas barbecue, adjoining kitchen.
Cozy mountain decorations throughout. Sleeps up to eight people in four queen beds. Radiant heat to warm your toes!

Conveniently located two blocks from the free shuttle that takes you on the seven minute, three mile ride up to Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort. Quiet, in town location is where you want to be. Park your car and walk to nearby restaurants, night spots, theaters, and shopping. Walk out the front door to Nordic ski trails in the winter and mountain bike and hiking trails summer and fall. Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient!

We loved our stay! The house was well-appointed with everything we needed in the kitchen, lovely bedding, and plenty of linens (even extra lightbulbs for one that burned out during our stay). The location was great, with easy access to town, trails, and transportation. Paul was gracious and responsive. We’ll be back!

Stayed in CB for 4 nights. Had a great stay at the house. Had a couple very minor hiccups, and Paul (our host) was very quick to respond and address. Home has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including kitchen essentials. House is a short 10 min walk to downtown and a 5 min walk to the free town shuttle to the ski mountain. I’d stay again!

This was a lovely VRBO with easy access to everything Crested Butte had to offer. An easy drive to the ski hill and easy walk to bus or main street. Easy and prompt communication. The home was lovely and felt like staying at a friends house, located in a true neighborhood. The place was fully stocked with condiments and spices, which I really appreciate, as well as everything else you might need.

Love your place! Everything was great with one minor thing; the second bedroom had black dog hair all over the sheets. No worries; just wanted you to know. We slept in the front room and it was great.

The location of the home is walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. Bonus, if you are traveling with your pups there is a dog pond just a few minutes walk away. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen stocked enough for us to be able to cook our meals easily. The coffee pot was great. The yard is gorgeous. We would stay here again.

We thought the place was great. 2 bedrooms downstairs and the living area upstairs, made the bedrooms cool at night - yeah! Everything we needed. We did take oil and our own spices and that was a good idea.

We had a great stay in Crested Butte, house is in a nice quiet part of town, but still walkable to everything. Great communication from the owner, and was accommodating of some requests we had even though he did not have to be.

Positives:- Nice quiet location, plenty of parking. easy walk to free shuttle bus and town. Plenty of room and good living area. Negatives: Arrived to find washing hung up everywhere to dry and more in the drier, appears cleaners had meant to return but had forgotten, we all make mistakes but not the best. Two beds in loft area are tired and need replacing, not a great sleep experience for two of my party (both adults). some dirty underwear stuffed behind one was not great to find. there is no clothes hanging for anyone using those beds so two of my group had to live out of their bags for the week - not great. Kitchen has okay supplies although our main cook was not too impressed with pan options when cooking for 5. We had issue with dog poo in the driveway and walkway to door. Some was old that came to top as snow melted but got fresh most days. had to tread very carefully to avoid it - there was a lot!! We picked up a lot to reduce chance of stepping in. When I talked to Paul, the owner, his initial reaction was that there was nothing he could do and he did not seem remotely interested or concerned. I asked about putting a sign up to remind dog owners, he said he would not have one in his yard (other houses in the street do). Later on he must have realised he should have tried harder, contacted the neighbour who said it was all from before snow (true for what was left after our clean up). Suggests area is used regularly by dogs to poo on and owners don’t care.

Place was awesome! Myself and 5 friends stayed comfortably. Great location. 5 min walk to the downtown and less than 10 min drive to the mountain for skiing. There’s a shuttle right at the top of the street that takes you up there if you don’t want to pay for parking at the base. Dog friendly. Will definitely be coming back in the Summer with family to fish!

4 of us stayed here but it could have slept way more. Super close to the bus stop that drops you right at the base of the mountain. We didn’t need our cars at all as soon as we arrived to the place. It was really nice sitting by the fireplace after a long day skiing in the snow. We can’t wait to come back to crested butte!

This home was just as advertised and perfect for our family of 4 for a ski weekend in Crested Butte. The location was ideal, just a few blocks from the shops and restaurants in town and an easy 2 block walk to the bus stops to take you up to the ski slopes. The home had everything we needed and was very comfortable for the 4 of us. Great open kitchen/living room for eating and playing games with a large modern tv and great gas fieplace. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a nice stay at Paul’s property during a visit in January 2024. Check-in is a breeze with a code to unlock door and parking for our two cars was right out front. Two queen rooms on ground floor, living and kitchen upstairs and the loft with two more queens upstairs from that. Kitchen had a large that that the three of us could work at (no other desks) after skiing. The house is just two blocks away from the Crested Butte bus shuttle and a bit further to all of the great restaurants on Elk. We would definitely come back…

We stayed here with our 3 kids for a long ski weekend. So nice to be able to bring our pup as well. The kitchen was well equipped- although we really only had breakfasts at home. No need to drive a car once we were there- easy walk into town for dinner and shopping or the town bus for skiing. Would definitely stay here again!

This was such a great place to stay, close to everything we wanted to do together and individually. There were 8 of us- a set of grandparents, a set of toddler parents, a couple, a dog, and of course the toddler. Everyone had an excellent time and there was space to relax, cook and visit. This was a great home for 4-6 people. Very clean , comfortable beds , high end sheets and feather pillows. Very comfortable living room and kitchen on the middle level of 3 floors. Beautiful view from this level. Great deck with awesome chairs to sit on and enjoy the view. And a well maintained BBQ too ! TV with all the bells and whistles. Great fireplace and heated floors that maintain perfect temperature on all levels. Owners very responsive via messages on the app. Great instructions in the kitchen that answer any question you may think of. Perfect location , just quiet enough. Highly recommend!
