Our house is in the best neighborhood in the town of Crested Butte !
Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessities.
3BR and 2 bath ( 2 showers, 1 tub ).
Bedroom beds are 1 King, 1 Queen and 3rd bedroom has two bunkbeds ( 4 beds )

We are just a short walk to Elk Ave and all the restaurants and shops.
Right outside our front door is the the lower loop bike trail system in the summer, and the nordic trail system in winter.
The house is located in the private NW side of town. we have a large , back deck with furniture that overlooks our beautiful fenced in yard.. great for gatherings.
Relax in our large outdoor hot tub nestled among the aspen trees and flowers.
Or inside in our large living area with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of comfortable seating for all.
Includes Smart TV. Cable and and apps like Netflix/Prime.
In the summer , we provide several townie bikes to cruise the town.

Great stay. House was perfect for us and our pooch. Very clean. Big, lovely fenced backyard. Loads of fluffy towels and a kitchen set up that was amazing. Every pot, pan or utensil one could ever need plus a slew of spices, coffees, sugar & oil. Made it easy to stay and cook dinner when we didn’t feel like dining out. Location is perfect. Quiet street. Great trails within walking distance as well as walkable to everything on Elk Ave… ( restaurants, shops, etc). We definitely prefer to stay in town rather than up on the mountain. We’ve been to CB several times, both winter & summer and we always choose to stay in town. Easy access to free mountain shuttle if needed. Will definitely book this home again.

Nice house, located right next to trailheads. Only suggestion is to make sure grill propane tanks are full. Both were empty and every place in CB was out of propane. Smart TV would be nice improvement to the property. Otherwise, no complaints.

The rental was in a great location for walks and even walking into town for dinner. Short drive to skiing. Had a wonderful stay !

We enjoyed our stay at this sweet property. The hot tub was relaxing after our days of skiing and we had plenty of space to spread out and watch the Olympics in the evenings!
