About this house rental

Family and group friendly contemporary duplex centrally located in downtown Crested Butte. Two short blocks to restaurants, bars, shopping, museums and ski shuttle on Elk Avenue, yet steps away from hiking, biking and Nordic trails.

Sleeps 7 comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths. This modern condo is complete with a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, entertainment center, and lawn and porch for outdoor lounging. Farmers' market is within easy walking distance, three blocks away. Off street parking will accommodate two larger vehicles.

It was difficult to read the number of the property from the street. Good amount of space and appreciate landlord loaning us a bike. This property needs a deep clean including carpets. Lots of cobwebs in the corners and dust on baseboards, pictures and fan. The windows lacked screens and was ventilation was poor. Many of the downstairs windows do not open. There was plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and a comfortable living room set. Nice touches with locally made soaps as well as condiments to borrow.
