Villa on the edge of the Sangatte cliff, built in 2023.
Exceptional 180 degree sea view from the main living room (living room - dining room of 50m2) and from the terrace (20m2).
Ideal location: access to the beach of Sangatte (fine sand and cliffs) in 3 min on foot, the departure of the GR Cap Blanc Nez in front of the Villa!
The backwash of the waves at high tide, the sunset over the sea seen from the living room (between March and October). The signature sites and villages of the Cap Blanc Nez and Cap Gris Nez sites a stone's throw away: the villages of Stopovers (3 mins), Wissant (10 mins), Audresselles (17 mins), Ambleteuse (20 mins), Wimereux (25 min). By the magnificent road that follows the seaside or by the A16 motorway. Le Touquet and Hardelot 45 min.
We thought of this house as a secondary family home (we come here often). All with a level of comfort and premium service for moments with families (enclosed garden when you are not at the beach or on a walk) or with friends.
Wifi (or not if you want to disconnect it!) - Android TV in 3 bedrooms - Video projector in the living room with Apple TV.

We had a very nice time in this wonderful house. The house is well equipped and has a nice location near the beach. And a perfect view! :)

My kids and I adored this new place, we imagine it has only been constructed for less than a year, but it is well built. Its location is sublime — you can literally see the White Cliffs of Dover across the Channel. Everything you need as far as groceries, restaurants, and nature are close by and convenient. This is truly a wonderful property and we really wish we had planned for a longer stay but we had family we needed to see in Lux. We have stayed at places all throughout Europe and this is now one of our favorites.
