Right on the promenade opposite the beach from the main window we had a clear view of the beach and the busy English Channel - the garden area was super easy for access onto the beach and allowed for an area for our 2 x big dogs to burn off energy - visits to Wimereux and the 2 Caps so easy from Wissant a fab week had by all !

We had an incredibly nice week in Wissant, where we have already been 4 times.The appartment is great, you sit in front of the panoramic window with a view of the sea, like in the cinema.We want to come back next year.

Because the kitchen is a little bit small to prepare meals for 8 persons you do have to use the bbq which needs urgent repair and the grillgrate needs to be replaced. The terrace furniture can use a make-over. The view is amazing and Mme Nicole does her very best to keep it clean. The owners, who lives upstairs, don' t have ' la bonne humeur' but the charme of this seaside appartment overrules this issue.

Its a great house - right next to a pedestrian promenade (its not a road) right behind the beach. You can go from beach to house, without taking all your kit in the car. You can even take a cup of coffee down.. Two main bedrooms. One double for adults. One twin for adults. Then one 'dorm room' - best for children. 6 beds. Ours loved it. There are two bathrooms, although only one has a loo. The other toilet is downstairs (very steep stairs) in the basement, which means the kids couldn't go down there on their own at night. Great views, and great property overall.

The house looked pretty good on the website, but the reality is even better. This is an absolutely outstanding property,right on the sea front. We have stayed in many different houses in Wissant over the last 25 years,but this is by far, the best of them.There is a large window in the front/dining room which frames the most fantastic and ever changing views of the sea. There is a TV in the house but with this amazing view who needs a TV? The apartment is beautifully furnished with a maritime/nautical theme. There were 5 of us in the party, but the house can comfortably accommodate 10 people . The kitchen is quite small, but it is very well equipped with everything you need to cook a good meal. We went in September so we weren't really able to make use of the garden, and BBQ area, which are both fantastic and well hidden from the public so close by on the promenade/digue. The bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of storage space. Some very tasteful artwork around the house, We were met by Beatrice and Brigitte at either end of our holiday, they were both very friendly,kind and helpful. I cannot recommend this lovely house highly enough, 5*, ten out of ten. We would love to come back again

Der Check in verlief unkompliziert, trotz Verspätung von uns. Alicia ist seht nett und die Kommunikation hat dank Google Übersetzer gut geklappt. Beim Rundgang durchs Haus haben wir einiges erklärt bekommen. Nur als kleine Anmerkungen, die Funktion der Türen und die Müllentsorgung wäre noch sinnvoll zu ergänzen. Die Türen sind sehr eigensinnig abzuschließen und es dauert etwas bis man den Dreh heraus hat… bei insgesamt 4 Türen, kein leichtes und schnelles Unterfangen. Hier wäre es zeitsparend, von innen Riegel (zum Schieben) anzubringen. Denn mal kurz zum Strand heißt, Rundgang mit dem einem Schlüsselbund alle Türen abschließen. Hinterher, haben wir immer nur bestimmte Türen aufgeschlossen. Die Möglichkeit zur Müllentsorgung befindet sich am nächstgelegenen Campingplatz, dieser ist zu Fuß 4 Minuten entfernt. Die von einigen stark kritisierte steile Treppe im Haus ist tatsächlich sehr steil, lässt sich jedoch über die Terrasse mit Eingang zum Keller umgehen und ist oben im Flur mit einem Kindergitter zu sichern. 85€ Reinigungsgebühr ist vollkommen in Ordnung für die Größe der Wohnung, jedoch könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Es ist zwar alles zum Reinigen vorhanden, aber Urlaub heißt für mich nicht erst den Staubsauger zücken, um Staub und Dreck zu beseitigen. Das die Küche nicht nach jedem Gast komplett ausgeräumt und gereinigt wird, vollkommen nachvollziehbar. Doch die Ecken und unter den Betten sollte immer gesaugt werden. Das alles war gleich vergessen, bei einem Blick aufs Meer aus dem großen Panoramafenster im Wohnzimmer. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder (zwei 1J) und ein Hund. Es gibt 1 Babybett und 1 Hochstuhl auf Anfrage. Das Haus mit der Lage und den Gegebenheiten, wie den eigenen Garten/Terasse war für uns perfekt. Hunde dürfen zwar nicht auf die gleich vor dem Haus gelegene Promenade, aber an den Strand. Der Ort an sich ist ruhig, wenig Geschäfte, einige Restaurants mit unterschiedlichen Öffnungszeiten. 2x die Woche ist Markt (Mittwoch morgen, Freitag Abend),1 Fahrradverleih und sehr viele freundliche Menschen. Hier ist wirklich Entspannung angesagt. Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden dieses Haus nochmal buchen. Vielen Dank Frédéric für den netten Email Kontakt im Vorfeld.

Quel bonheur de se lever le matin avec la vue sur la mer! Les couchers de soleil sont tout aussi magnifiques. Nous sommes enchantés de cette location! Elle est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et joliment décorée, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour accueillir les grandes familles. De plus, les propriétaires ont été réactifs et très à l'écoute. De verhouding tussen de prijs en de kwaliteit van de woning is bedroevend. Voor dergelijke prijs verwacht iedereen een woning die proper en in orde is. Wij kwamen terecht in een versleten en vuil huis (schimmel in de badkamers, niet te gebruiken keuken, lek in de living, mieren etc.) De locatie is wel goed en het uitzicht ook maar die maakten het geheel niet goed.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt an der Promenade so dass man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer hat. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für zwei Paare geeignet. Es gibt zwar drei Schlafzimmer eines davon ist jedoch mit drei Etagenbetten ausgestattet und hat keinen Kleiderschrank. Wir waren über Sylvester mit drei Paaren dort und die Schlafsituation haben wir als kleines Manko empfunden. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Küche ist etwas klein und in die Jahre gekommen, verfügt aber dennoch über weitestgehend alles, was benötigt wird. Der Empfang sowie Abnahme waren herzlich und reibungslos. Die Aussicht und Nähe zum Meer sind zauberhaft. Man kann es den ganzen Tag im Wohnzimmer aushalten, wenn das Wetter ungemütlich ist und hat dennoch immer Unterhaltung! Heel smaakvol ingericht, mooi bedlinnen, prima handdoeken, zelfs washandjes en prima servies, bestek en glaswerk. Alles erop en eraan. We waren met 10 personen, en de extra grote koelkast, vaatwasser en vriezer zijn een pure luxe. Heel fijne windvrije tuin. Een TV heb je niet nodig. Prachtig uitzicht op het strand en het Kanaal. We hadden storm. Dat was kicken vonden de kleinzoons! De golven sloegen over de boulevard. Maar een stevige villa kan wel wat hebben! Echt een aanrader!!!!!!!

Huis met prachtig uitzicht, Wissant is een heel mooi levendig plaatsje. Wij vonden het met 5 volwassenen en 3 kinderen wat klein, er zijn maar 5 fauteuils bijvoorbeeld, dus `s avonds moet iemand op een plastic stoeltje zitten. En wij vonden de douche en toilet beneden, bereikbaar via een gevaarlijk stijl vlizotrapje, meer een stranddouche, met knop waardoor je 30 sec water hebt en dan weer opnieuw drukken. Het huis is erg schoon en de eigenaars erg vriendelijk.
