About this house rental
This cottage/ tiny house is filled with sunlight. The cozy feel is 405 square feet but feels so much more. When staying it is easy to forget you are only 10 minutes away from town with great restaurants and a winery.
The tiny house is a very unique stay within itself AND it is combined with fun outdoor living with a flagstone fire pit, outdoor grilling, picnic table, fishing and cornhole.
We also have a floating dock/bar and an overlook over the pond. CHILDREN ARE ONLY ALLOWED WHEN AN ADULT IS WITH THEM!! When renting/reserving guest assumes and agrees to take responsibility for entering the two amenities. There is rope railing around the dock and hand rails around the overlook. Max capacity is 4 total! Please do not add additional adults or children or extra charges will be enforced

The property and pond was maintained excellent. The house had all the things and more for cooking and taking care of clothes. Enjoyed walks around the pond and the animals and fish. Enough shade in day time to enjoy outdoors and quite nights. Quiet getaway and only fifteen minutes from the harbor. Definitely will be visiting again. Home owners very nice and worked with us to come day early. Fire pit was perfect in the evenings.
