About this house rental
Renovated contemporary vacation home for fun and entertaining awaits you. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and open floor plan with lots of skylights, two decks with one always in the shade. A new kids playset in a fenced in yard. Heated Pool. Restoration Hardware outdoor furniture, Webber BBQ, and glass doors from two bedrooms to a deck and pool. High speed Wifi which can be accessed from inside or the deck, making working from home seamless. Two zone AC system. High-end 60 inch Panasonic Plasma Smart TV with Netflix and other streaming services. Wii system. You're welcome to use our Peloton (must bring own shoes) and there's a ton of dumbbells.
The property is sprayed every 6 weeks with organic tick treatment. 2 different kind of beaches are 3-7 min drive away (ocean beach and bay beach), shopping/main town is 5 mins away and nearby public Red Creek Park to enjoy the outdoors - walking/hiking trails, tennis courts, basketball, baseball, etc...We're also 20 mins away from North Fork which is filled with farms for fruit and veggie picking, animals and vineyards.
The house is perfectly set up for families with two of the bedrooms not having access to the backyard/pool area in case you have small children. We also have a child pool gate if you need and plenty of toys, including pool toys. Two of the bedrooms have desks set up as well for WFH.
Upon rental, we also have a welcome memo with all the highlights of the area, favorite local restaurants, etc. for a great time in the Hamptons.

Well maintained four bedroom home with a lovely pool. Great open space with kitchen, dining, family room. Owners were excellent about communication before and during our stay -- all inquiries were answered on the spot. We stayed with our adult children and spouses...a perfect family week.

Lovely modern home with wonderful pool and backyard. Perfectly suited for both children and adults with extra books,toys and board games as well as pool floats. Olga and Eugene are great hosts/owner and always very responsive and helpful if/when we had questions. Unfortunately our weather wasn’t great but the pool, BBQ grill, open kitchen/dining area and large family sized couch allowed us to hang out and relax and enjoy our time together. Thanks again and yes we highly recommend!
