Great rental with a heated pool in the Hamptons, sleeps 8! Modern home, heated pool, fenced yard. Child-friendly and with tons of amenities for you to enjoy, including 2 bikes to explore the area (and a child bike seat). Pool usually opens in May through end of September, but please ask if you plan to come at a different time.
South of the highway and close to all restaurants, stores and beaches in Hampton Bays. Easy to reach from the city, and central hub to explore the Hamptons and the North Fork alike.
Come enjoy our corner of paradise! No pets (sorry, owner has allergies), no smoking. For Fall/Winter, we prefer to limit reservations to 6 guests given that most of the time will be spent indoor.
Ample indoor and outdoor space:
- 3 bedrooms (2 King, + playpen/travel crib also available for kids)
- 2 bathrooms
- living room
- kitchen with dining table, seats 8
- good internet connection to work remotely
- two floors with spiral staircase (additional loft space on the second floor)
- pool
- large fenced backyard
- trampoline
- wooden deck with lounge space, dining space and barbeque
All amenities are set up for guests to use: smart TV, portable SONOS sound system that you can bring indoor and outdoor, children and pool toys, washer dryer, microwave, toaster and coffee machine and more!
Guests have access to the entire property. Parking on property is available, the driveway comfortably fits 3-4 cars. Guests are welcome to use our bikes, including one with child bike seat!

We had a wonderful stay with our adult children and their significant others. The house has everything you need including beach supplies and pickleball paddles. We all really enjoyed the beautiful pool. The house is conveniently located 5-10 minutes from several of the local restaurants and there’s also a winery nearby. Marta is a gracious and responsive host.

Our group of traveling girlfriends enjoyed our stay at Marta’s newly renovated super-clean and well designed for comfort home. The second floor suite accessed by spiral staircase was perfect for one of our daughters that decided to join us at the last minute. As it was October, we did not use the pool, but it looks fabulous. Overall, we loved the location and we had great communications from the host to make our stay perfect! Thank you!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this sweet house. All the appliances were brand new, the floors were redone, the furniture was new, as well as the sheets and towels. We comfortably fit several guests. The second floor suite is lovely. Again brand new bathrooms. The best part of course was the deck and pool area where we spent a majority of our time. It’s southern facing and very sunny with a nice wide yard for playing and throwing balls. The pool is large and the temperature was perfect. Plenty of deck seating for barbecues or hanging around at night time. It was very convenient to the ocean, to the bay and to the bagel and grocery store. Rumba and Cowfish are literally 3 blocks away for great food and bayside ambiance. The owner was very nice and we communicated effortlessly. I highly recommend this house for a family stay. Best of luck to the owners and thank you so much for having us!
