Koi pond with watefall. Sits adjacent to 30 acre estate on quiet private road. Master suite with jacuzzi bath on first floor. Three guest bedrooms on second floor with two full baths. Huge double story living space with wood fireplace. Full gourmet kitchen. Large open windowed sun room adjacent to pool, hot tub, BBQ, and deck area. Private, quiet enclosed yard. Walk to Shinnecock Bay beach to drop in kayacks. Five minutes to Southampton Town, five minutes to Coopers Beach, ten minutes to Shinnecock golf courses and Hampton Bays shopping center. Fabulous outdoor restaurants for sunset dining on the Canal just five minute drive.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Leslie’s place in Southampton! She was always responsive. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The beautiful backyard was amazing—loved the big heated pool and eating out on the patio. The grill worked perfectly too. Thanks, Leslie!

Wonderful property! We hardly left the house. The backyard was beautifully landscaped with lots of space for the little ones to play. The house itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We had an amazing time! We would definitely rent again!
