Southampton home perfect for your summer get away with the family and friends. Two story home features 3 bedrooms upstairs along with guest en suite bedroom downstairs along with a heated pool. Master Bedroom includes walk in closet, fireplace, private bathroom and private office. The kitchen is made for the discerning chef and is perfect for entertaining. Professional appliances by Viking and Sub Zero set the standard for entertaining at a notch above the rest.
Furnishings and artwork are several steps above the average rental home. A beautiful antique farmhouse dining table willl sit 14 comfortably. Front and rear covered porches round out the entertaining area along with gunnite pool and kiddy pool off of screened in back porch. Timberframe den off of dining room also adds to the appeal while giving you a whole new dimension when it come to entertaining poolside. We have four young children and have thought of safety and security as pool and rear yard are each fenced in.

Our group of family and friends had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The house was absolutely perfect and very clean! The location was fantastic and within minutes of many great restaurants! Sean was very easy to get in touch with and very responsive! We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend!
