Escape to this charming 3-bedroom waterfront condo on the peaceful shores of Lake LBJ in Horseshoe Bay, just over an hour from Austin. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, this luxury retreat offers direct access to the lake’s steady, year-round water levels, ideal for boating, fishing, and swimming. Nestled in a serene, scenic location, this condo provides the perfect setting for unwinding and enjoying lakeside activities in one of Texas' premier vacation spots.
Perfectly located for resort events, this spacious condo offers more room than the HSB hotel. Enjoy sweeping 180-degree lake views from your 300 sq ft private balcony. Watch sunsets, sunrises, and fireworks from the lighthouse right from your balcony. You can also enjoy fishing off the waterfront or a quick visit to the resort-style communal pool and hot tub.
Inside, the condo is designed for comfort and relaxation. The living area has deep couches and a big screen TV. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances, including a double oven, induction stove, ice machine, and more. The kitchen is well-stocked with bar and serving ware, and a dining table for six.
Things to Note:
- One reserved, uncovered space near the garage. Additional parking is available nearby (3-minute walk).
- Trailer parking is not available at the condo but is available nearby at the boat launch.
- The communal pool and hot tub are open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Complimentary boat/jet ski parking is available at the docks in front of the condo (first-come, first-served basis). There is also a nearby public boat launch.
- The Horseshoe Bay Resort amenities are not included with this property, except for the communal pool, hot tub, and the waterfront Bar and Grill.
- There is ongoing construction in the area that may cause noise during the daytime hours.
