The spacious main house features three bedrooms, each with a brand-new king mattress and its own private bathroom. Each bedroom includes fresh linens and ample closet space.
The home offers plenty of space for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining, including a spacious living room that is perfect for game nights, movie nights, or spending time together with family and friends.
A separate media room provides additional space for watching TV or movies and also features a piano.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with dishware and serving pieces for almost any holiday, celebration, or special event. You'll also find wine glasses and dedicated wine storage space.
☰ Guest House | 2 Bedrooms + 1 Bathroom
The guest house offers two comfortable bedrooms and one full bathroom, making it a great option for guests who want their own separate space while staying on the same property.
Both bedrooms feature daybeds that can be converted into king-size beds. One bedroom is already set up as a king bed, while the other is configured as a daybed. The second bedroom can be prepared as two twin beds or a king bed—just let us know your preferred setup prior to arrival.
One of the bedrooms also features a built-in bunk bed with two twin-size beds tucked into the closet, providing a fun sleeping option for two small children.
The guest house includes a convenient mini kitchen with a mini refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, and coffee maker.

One of the highlights of the property is the swimming pool overlooking Lake LBJ. Enjoy the elevated views, relax by the pool, and take in the beautiful Texas Hill Country sunsets.
The pool area also includes a gas grill, making it easy to enjoy an outdoor cookout during your stay. Guests who plan to use the grill should bring their own propane.
Because you are booking the entire estate, you will have exclusive use of both homes and the property's exterior amenities, including the pool.

● Check-In Form & Rental Agreement: Must be completed and submitted prior to check-in. All guests 18 years and older are required to provide a copy of a valid driver’s license or passport for screening purposes.
● Renter’s Insurance: Guests are required to obtain and maintain their own renter’s insurance for the duration of their stay.
● Guest Shield Fee: An $85 monthly Guest Shield fee is charged in addition to the monthly rent.
● Monthly Housekeeping: Monthly professional house cleaning is required at $550 per month and will be added to the monthly rent. This will cover both houses on property.
