The home features three spacious bedrooms, each with a brand-new king mattress and its own private bathroom. Every bedroom is thoughtfully prepared with fresh linens and ample closet space, making it comfortable for extended monthly stays.
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including a wide selection of dishware and serving pieces suitable for almost any holiday, celebration, or special event. You'll also find wine glasses and dedicated wine storage space for those evenings when you're ready to unwind and enjoy the view.
The spacious living room provides plenty of room for game nights, movie nights, or gathering together with family and friends. For a little separation, the media room offers additional space to watch TV or movies and features a piano for those who enjoy making a little music during their stay.
Outside, the swimming pool overlooks Lake LBJ, creating an incredible backdrop for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Texas Hill Country sunsets. The pool area also features a gas grill for outdoor cookouts. Guests planning to use the grill should bring their own propane for their stay.

● Check-In Form & Rental Agreement: Must be completed and submitted prior to check-in. All guests 18 years and older are required to provide a copy of a valid driver’s license or passport for screening purposes.
● Renter’s Insurance: Guests are required to obtain and maintain their own renter’s insurance for the duration of their stay.
● Guest Shield Fee: An $85 monthly Guest Shield fee is charged in addition to the monthly rent.
● Monthly Housekeeping: Monthly professional house cleaning is required at $330 per month and will be added to the monthly rent.
