About this house rental
Find the perfect escape with plenty of space for your entire family to relax and reconnect. Enjoy your own private 8' x 23' dock and wake each day to breath-taking views from Upper and Lower decks over-looking Lake LBJ and the HSB Yacht Club.
Beautifully decorated and renovated Tri-level town home awaits your arrival with two living areas to allow your family to spread out and relax. Wall mounted flat screen TV's with cable, DVD players and high-speed wireless internet on all levels. The lake level living area opens onto your private deck and boat dock and offers a relaxing retreat from the heat with a large screen tv, soda fridge, wine fridge, bar sink, granite counters, a full bathroom and full-size washer and dryer making it easy to enjoy lake level living at its best! The main level has dining and living areas, kitchen, pantry and of course another bathroom. The Kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms with granite counter tops, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, Keurig and fully stocked cabinets. The main floor living room offers access out to an upper outside deck furnished with patio furniture, a Traeger grill and million dollar wide lake views. The Upper Level has two bedrooms, each with full baths. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, full dresser and overlooks the lake. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and twin bunk beds.
Should you require additional room for family, friends, weddings, or reunions, we are happy to help you connect with neighboring town homes if needed.
Local activities/nearby attractions:
Full water sport rentals (pontoon boats, ski boats, jet skis, tubes, etc.) are 5 minutes away. Four wheeling rentals are within 20 minutes. Horseshoe Bay is 45 minutes Northwest of Austin, "the live music capital of the world" which now also hosts Formula 1 racing and even more live music (if possible). There are extraordinary wineries nearby as the Texas Hill Country wine region is the second largest in the Country. San Antonio (River Walk) is a 90 minute drive. If you want a big water park Schlitterbahn Water Park in New Braunfels is a 60 minute drive. There is a public golf course and tennis courts located about a 20 minute drive from the property.

First off - before and during our stay communication with the owner was top notch. The condo was well stocked, clean and it’s in a great spot in Horseshoe Bay. I’d definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
