The parking lot is right in front of the 35 m² fenced-in terrace with wooden furniture and cushions. The approximately 60 m² apartment extends over 3 floors. On the ground floor of the apartment is the living room with kitchen and dining table. The living room has a separate area for a comfortable sofa overlooking the 48 "flat screen TV. A music system with CD player and USB port provide entertainment and comfortable relaxation. The Hochglanzeinbauküche is two-line with cooking island. Fridge incl. The freezer, sink and dishwasher are on one side and the illuminated display cabinet shines with crockery and glasses. The stove with ceramic hob and push-button, an oven and two base cabinets with drawers form the cooking island. The dining area is adjacent to the cooking island. Above the wooden table with 5 antique chairs sits a beautiful chandelier with 12 lights, which can be dimmed steplessly. In the 1. Floor leads a wooden staircase into a small corridor from which the bathroom and the first bedroom can be reached. The bathroom with nostalgic green and white tiles is equipped with a bathtub and rain shower, a vanity with two drawers, a large mirror with two additional lights and a towel radiator. There is a hair dryer with diffuser ready, also per person a bath and a towel. The bedroom here is furnished with a double bed and a wonderfully thick mattress. Each side of the bed has a bedside table with a reading light and in front of it a fluffy rug. Next to the wardrobe with interior lighting is an antique chest of drawers with 3 drawers. A stylish mirror, a nostalgic glass bowl and an additional table lamp with dimmed light provide a feel-good atmosphere The beds are freshly made with great linens. In the 2. Floor leads a wooden staircase into a small hall from which the two other bedrooms go off. The second bedroom is furnished with two antique single beds. Each bed has a bedside table with a reading lamp and in front of it a fluffy rug. Two tall wardrobes in the middle with interior lighting provide plenty of storage space. In between are two dressers with 3 drawers with a XXL mirror above and a decorative table lamp. The third bedroom is like a dollhouse. The antique Schwedenbett (0.90 m wide, but only 1.9 m long), as well as an antique chest of drawers and an antique high chair exude nostalgic charm.
