Love this house. Have booked it 2 years in a row and will rent in the future. Great location close to tram stop. Comfy beds and well appointed decor. One of my favorite Sea Colony layouts. Fells like a home away from home.

This was the second time we stayed in this unit. Everything was great. Well stocked kitchen, large screen tv’s, beautifully decorated. We had a problem with the fire alarms. One call to Vacasa and it was resolved immediately. We would stay here again!!!

The house was comfortable and as advertised…our only complaint was the odor. Probably carpets need a good cleaning. I tried using baking soda to eliminate the odor and it helped a little - but we are paying too much money to have to try and solve for something like that.
