The home is comfortable and well located. Walk-out access to the pool and beach. The unit could use some updating and there were minor maintenance issues such as a slow draining bathtub and a noisy bathroom fan. Also, it was necessary to purchase toilet paper and trash bags since few of each were supplied. Despite the issues, we would rent the home again.

AC filter in closet needs replacement, although the AC worked fine. No broom in apt, Center roll-up blind on glass sliding door did not operate. The den window needs a proper shade - not a blanket. Master bath shower drain was very slow.
We're glad the fridge is new. All in all a nice apt. Plan to return.

Condo was spotless. In a great location as well. A broken door knob and a broken towel rack were our only complaints.
