Nestled between the sea and nature, in the quiet of a cul-de-sac, our villa Les Ramades is a Mediterranean villa with bucolic charm, designed as an elegant retreat for travelers seeking peace, light, and comfort.
Here, every space invites you to slow down, breathe, and savor the moment.
The magnificent view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, the scent of pine trees, and the mild climate create a soothing setting where you instantly feel at home.
The villa was designed to offer a high-end experience while preserving the authenticity of the French Riviera. Generous volumes, refined decoration, and modern amenities create a sophisticated, discreet, and welcoming atmosphere.

Les Ramades is a very bright 160 m² single-storey villa with an exceptional 180° panoramic view overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, south-facing, renovated in a modern style with every comfort.
It features a swimming pool, a home cinema, and a small fitness room, and is located in a cul-de-sac in a very quiet residential area.
Walking trails in the hills of the Massif des Maures are accessible just one minute away on foot — ideal for hikers.
The villa has 4 bedrooms:
-a master bedroom with 160cm bed, bathroom, WC and dressing room, TV with Livebox Orange Fibre decoder
-a bedroom with a 160cm bed, TV and Livebox Orange Fibre decoder
-another bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be joined together
- a shower room with walk-in shower
- WC
-and a completely independent room known as the "studio" with a 160cm bed, its own shower room and WC, TV with Livebox Orange Fibre decoder, washing machine, nespresso machine, armchairs, etc.
All the rooms are south-facing with beautiful sea views, air-conditioned and also have ceiling fans, duvets and pillows.
All rooms have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool

Les Issambres, ideally situated in the heart of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, is a privileged destination on the Côte d'Azur, a village that is both central and not overrun by tourists.
It is 15 minutes from Sainte Maxime and 20 minutes from Saint Raphael.
You'll find all the local shops you need: bakers, butchers, chemists, tobacconists, newsagents, two supermarkets, florists, ice-cream parlours, chocolate makers, restaurants, petrol stations, doctors' surgeries... and a local open-air market on Monday mornings and a second-hand market on Friday mornings.
The beach is a 7-minute drive from the villa, where you can swim, relax and take part in water sports in a gentle, family atmosphere.
The port of Les Issambres is the perfect place to moor your boat, take a 25-minute boat trip to St Tropez or go on a variety of sea excursions.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks in July. The house has everything you need, a true home from home. The views from the house and terrace are outstanding, where you can see right across to St Tropez and watch the world go by, and we were lucky to catch the fireworks on Bastille Day!
The local beaches were great with lots of water sports activities, and the port has a ferry across to St Tropez, which we took for dinner one evening. Don’t miss Saint Maxine, which has great restaurants and a night market through July and August. We would love to go again.

We had a wonderful holiday! The house is very well situated and the view is beautiful. We have never had such a well equipped house, the kitchen even has a milk frother and rice cooker. Les Issambres is a beautiful place with cosy restaurants and small shops. Central and yet very quiet. No mass tourism. The landlords were very caring and always interested in our well-being. We will gladly come back!
