About this villa rental
Charming Provençal villa "Les Anthémis" surrounded by a large lush garden, very bright of 150m2 located in Les Issambres 8 minutes walk from the port, shops and the beach of La Garonnette.
It includes 5 air-conditioned bedrooms with cupboards, each opening onto a private terrace and benefiting for 3 of them from a private shower room with WC.La 4th and 5th bedrooms share a bathroom with WC as well.
On the first floor: a living room with fireplace, an independent fitted kitchen, a bedroom opening onto the terrace of the summer kitchen, its bathroom and a toilet.
This living room gives access to two terraces:
-a covered terrace under a gazebo on the pool side: wooden dining table and wicker armchairs with summer kitchen (fridge/LV/plancha/ice maker)
- another covered terrace under a gazebo on the kitchen side: garden furniture with coffee table accompanied by a standing table and high stools
Two independent reception areas allowing you to enjoy two exhibitions
On the 1st floor: bedroom with cupboards opening onto a Tropezian terrace with a nice view, its shower room and a toilet
Garden level: 3 bedrooms with cupboards opening onto the terrace and the garden, their shower rooms and toilets
A large private garden easily allows parking for several cars

You will also enjoy a private heated swimming pool with its deckchairs accessible from the terrace with the summer kitchen
