Wonderful house. Amazing view. Furniture layout great. And that’s where it stops. The owner would not respond to any communication and only through their intermediary and then we were supposed to call the Pool person who we could never get in touch with to get the temperature up so it took us three days just to get the pool heat on. In the house, the towels were small and cheap the pillows were cheap. We didn’t even have a full toilet paper roll when checked in. No soap of any kind in any bathroom or kitchen. 1 ounce left of dishwashing soap and one packet for starting the dishwasher. The mosquitoes were so bad at the house we were unable to open up the sliders at all or we would be eaten alive. There was some type of a gas leak smell that we reported every single day and were blown off so we were forced to open the doors and windows to clear the gas smell which brought in the mosquitoes. We kept the door closed to the master bedroom at all times, so that would be our sanctuary. We were unable to hang out at the house at all because of either the gas smell or the mosquitoes. It was a double edged sword. Check in wasn’t until about 4:30 which is fine but Checkout is at 9 AM. That’s simply too early. I’ve been staying at VRBO homes for about 20 years and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced by far.

Beautiful villa with a superb view - we really enjoyed our time. The communication with the agency went very well, Nicolas proved to be of great help even beyond the actual property, and also the owner was very caring.

The mansion is gorgeous. With stunning view over the bay of San Peire and the entrance to the gulf of St. Tropez. San Peire is a nice little village with plenty of restaurants, bistros and nice beaches. The house is modern with 4 wonderful bedrooms and well equipped. Fast WLAN which was important for us for spontaneous working sessions with the office! The house is very clean and the service staff helps with any problem that might occur fast and uncomplicated. As well as the owner who responds qickly and helpful. We love to take our ebike with us on vacation, the house is located uphills, it takes 15 minutes from village uphill to the house by bike, it is quite steep, we could make it by our ebikes, but with normal bikes it would not be feasible by us, but this could also be caused by our bad conditions :-) Overall, we would come back onto this house !

The house met our expectations. 4 nice bedrooms with their own bathrooms and plenty of space for 8 people both inside and outside. The pool, the view and the sofa and dining area outside were especially nice.

We had a very good time at the house. The communication with the owner and the agent was very good. The house has a beautiful location with a fantastic view from the terrace and the pool. The house is equipped with everything you need and even more. Very good beds and bed rooms with A/C. All bedrooms with bathroom en suite. We enjoyed the time a lot. The only thing to mention: on 3 days, probably depending on temperature and wind direction, there was a disturbing Diesel smell coming from the oil tank in the basement. on these days it also came into one bedroom through the A/C. This is something that the owner should look into. Other than that I can fully recommend the house and would come again.

Our stay was wonderful. It was perfect for 4 couples to stay at and convenient to go out each day to meighbouring towns. The outside area was great for dinners in the evening. The swimming pool was warm and it was great to swim and look out over the Mediterranean Sea.

We loved staying at this property. The pool, especially, was our favorite. There was ample space and seating indoors and outdoors. It was a little further away from grocery stores and other amenities, but that was a small complaint compared to our overall experience there. Completely relaxing, beautiful surroundings. Thank you!

We stayed with our friends for a week at JB’s wonderful villa and don’t most of the time in the amazing pool enjoying the stunning view and watching the super yachts arriving and leaving St Tropez. The view was even more beautiful at night. The villa is perfect for a group of friends, as every bedroom has it’s own bathroom and it is really well equipped with everything you need. Outside apart from the pool there is a lovely covered area and outdoor dining table and gas BBQ, which we used every day. We really hope to return next year.

It has been one of the best vacations ever. The villa has so much to offer and is comfortable. Even in the rain you can enjoy this place. The privacy and tranquillity made our stay even better. The view is amazing and the comfort is exceptional. We look forward to coming back.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette villa et sommes repartis le cœur lourd. L’annonce et les photos sont fidèles à la réalité, je dirai même qu’elle est encore plus belle! A notre arrivée tout était parfaitement nettoyé, la literie est de bonne qualité, les chambres ont quasiment toutes vue sur la mer. Les espaces extérieurs sont exquis, à tel point que cela ne nous donnait même pas envie de sortir! Aucun vis à vis avec les demeures avoisinantes. A quelques petites minutes en voiture du centre. Bref une superbe expérience que nous espérons renouveler pour une durée plus longue l’année prochaine.

Wir haben in diesem Haus einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool und der Sicht ist ein Traum! Auch das Haus ist sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar eine Tischtennisplatte ist vorhanden. In den Ort braucht man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten (zurück etwas länger, da es bergauf geht). Für uns war es ein rundum schöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne mal wieder!

Très bon accueil.Les photos sont conformes à la réalité (mis à part un câble électrique). La villa est bien fournie en vaisselle, serviette et autres. La literie est de bonne qualité, les chambres spacieuses. Mais l’essentiel est à l’extérieur. On commence par une sono pilotée en bluetooth, puis une merveilleuse piscine et un magnifique kiosque pour les apéros ou autres moments de détentes. Le tout avec une vue exceptionnelle.

Une superbe semaine passée en famille dans cette magnifique villa ! Merci à Audrey pour l accueil et sa disponibilité et aux propriétaires Les photos ne mentent pas, nous avons beaucoup profité de la piscine et de sa vue paradisiaque du matin au soir Nous avons petit déjeuné , déjeuné et diné sur la table extérieure où nous nous régalions de la vue à chaque fois. La piscine au top pour les petits de 2 ans et 5 ans qui ont profité à fond sur le bord car ils avaient pieds ! Piscine très bien chauffée avec des enceinte extérieure au top nous pouvions nous mette un fond de musique tous les jours pour l ambiance. L intérieur de la maison est tout aussi bien mais nous en profitons moins. Le coin est charmant avec le Spar juste en bas qui suffit pour faire les courses que nous avions besoin . Nous n avons rencontré aucun problème , tout s est bien passé ; nous reviendrons c est sûre 😉

La maison est très originale, moderne, dans un coin coin calme. Elle est parfaitement bien conçue avec une salle de bain pour chacune des 4 chambres, un lounge extérieur très confortable avec vue magnifique où nous avons vécu la plupart du temps lors de notre séjour et une piscine de 12m profonde et à débordement. Elle est très bien équipée. La personen qui s'occupe de l'entretien est charmante et disponible en cas de question. Nous avons adoré

Un séjour à la hauteur de nos espérances

Nous avons passé une semaine extrêmement agréable dans une très jolie maison, superbement aménagée et équipée. Les photos et le descriptif du site Abritel donnent à cet égard une idée parfaitement fidèle de la réalité. Nous avons amplement profité de la terrasse (sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas sur place), de la piscine et du très cosy « coin apéro », d’où nous avons pris beaucoup de plaisir, de jour comme de nuit, à contempler la superbe vue sur le golfe de Saint-Tropez. Les rapports avec le propriétaire et les personnes chargées de l’entretien de la maison et de la piscine ont toujours été empreints de simplicité et de cordialité. Evidemment, rien n’est accessible sans voiture de la maison, mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Pour notre part, malgré la présence à quelque deux kilomètres de la maison d’une supérette Casino, nous avons choisi de faire la route (compter une bonne vingtaine de minutes) jusqu’au Chemin des Virgiles à Sainte-Maxime, où nous avons pu faire nos courses aux « Comptoirs de la bio » ainsi que dans l’une ou l’autre des trois boulangeries/pâtisseries qui se trouvent juste à côté. Nous sommes également allés plusieurs fois à la plage de la Nartelle, particulièrement paisible et dotée de plusieurs parkings très commodes. Une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons.

Die Villa war genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Einrichtung ist auch wie auf den Bildern auch noch nicht verlebt alles noch in einem guten Zustand. Es waren 2 Grills vorhanden Kaffeemaschine und auch eine voll ausgerüstete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine usw. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei großen Kindern den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Villa entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Alles ist gemütlich und sehr geräumig- für uns vier sowieso, aber auch für acht Personen besteht genug Platz. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft! Wir würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.
