We stayed for 2 weeks over the summer with our 2 boys aged 9 and 13. The house is in a great location for the beach and for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The panoramic views are exceptional and the house is rustic but has been beautifully styled. I would recommend the house for a family but maybe not for very young children as the spiral staircase is steep and there are lots of steps and sharp drops in the garden and pool area. The host was lovely and resolved any questions we had immediately. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of 7 and stayed for 2 weeks. We had an amazing time. We drove from the uk so had our cars which meant we could go out exploring, we did Sainte-Maxime, Saint Tropez and Monaco which all took between 25mins to 1hr 30mins. When we didn’t want to drive, we could walk to town or getting a taxis was nice and easy. There is also a boat from town that takes you to Saint Tropez. The host Sylvie was lovely, nothing was to much trouble. The Villa was a perfect size for us all. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The host and owner of the villa welcome us very warm and friendly. In a quick walk around she explained us all the details and how to use the equipment. Kids and dogs are very welcome. (btw: our kids liked the pool and the adults the BBQ-station) The beaches of St. Maxim and even to St. Tropez are very closed and with the car reachable in less than a hour. Supermarkets, Pharmacy and other facilities are around the spot. Summary: If you would to spend your vacation on the Cote a‘Azur, this villa is highly recommended.

Evoking the charm and romance of an earlier era, this villa is as wonderful as you can imagine from the photos. The views of the sea towards the shoreline are absolutely stunning throughout the property, as if in a dream or a movie, rivalled only by the views of the picturesque valley and houses from the back garden. This house sits on the hillside with only one neighbouring property with no significant overlook, which gives a large degree of privacy while enjoying the large terrace, sparkling swimming pool or playing ping pong under the tree. The house is decorated with taste and stylish elements, the beds comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. The location is perfect only a few minutes by car to multiple beaches to explore , close to touristic towns such as St Maxime and even to St Tropez (traffic isn’t bad during shoulder seasons), access to modern conveniences (carrefour hyper market in St Maxime can be recommended for provisioning). Sure the house is close to a main road but it is relatively quiet and it is is a totally minor point compared to the views, the privacy, the location, the beautiful sunsets/sun rises and accompanying birdsong one will enjoy with family and friends. A place to relax & unwind after the day’s exploration….The host was very understanding and highly responsive and assisted us greatly with our needs, her premier host status is fully justified. We used a translation app to communicate. We felt safe and happy in this place, to be repeated without question. Thank you for hosting us!

Property was pretty much perfect Spacious, great views, clean and tidy but somewhat isolated on the bend of a busy road up the hill side from the coastal road

We are a group of 8 adults who thoroughly enjoyed staying in the villa. The villa is modern and fully equipped. We liked the location and it was only a short walk to the beach, we are all active people so the hill back up was not a problem but could be for small children. Lovely area with lots to do. We liked that the living area was upstairs as it allowed us to sit on the balcony for mealtimes and enjoy the fantastic views. There is plenty of outside space for people to have both quiet and social time. We would only have a couple of comments to make which we think would make this villa even better and that is a shower by the pool and an extra toilet. We did manage but 8 adults and 2 toilets was a bit challenging thankfully we are all very good friends. Sylvie is excellent and very helpful, I left a jacket and jumper there which was returned immediately. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.
