Mas Syrah is a Provençal villa dating from the 1950s that was completely renovated in 2022 to the highest standards.
The villa is a haven of peace just 700 m from the hustle and bustle of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea. The estate is surrounded by 3,500 m2 of greenery, with uninterrupted views over the hillside and the nearby sea.
The villa faces south. It also has a number of outdoor terraces shaded by pines and cork oaks, perfect for a holiday with friends or family. In the evening, the entire estate is lit up to make the most of the outdoors.
The villa is air-conditioned and has 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a heated (and fenced) swimming pool and many other facilities. It sleeps a maximum of 16 people, ideal for 3 families.
All shops and water sports activities are nearby (5 minutes by car).
Numerous activities are also available on the estate: trampoline, tyrolean traverse, pétanque, etc.
Possibility of parking 2 cars on the property and 2 others in the street.
The beach, port and supermarket are a 10-minute walk from the house along a shady path.
From the port of Les Issambres, you can reach Saint Tropez by sea shuttle (20-minute crossing).
