This Mediterranean-style home boasts a stunning hillside location with a view of the Bay of Saint Tropez. A fenced-in garden surrounds the entire property—ideal for children and dogs. In front of the house is a spacious sun terrace that invites you to dine, sunbathe, and relax while enjoying the ocean view. Behind the house, the garden stretches out, with the large pool at its center. From the plateau above, you can catch a glimpse of the sea behind the house. A nature reserve begins immediately behind the garden, and its trees are already visible from the garden. A covered terrace offers plenty of shade on hot days and a lovely spot to relax and dine at the large wooden tables. The front terrace of the house offers sun all day long and a breathtaking view of the sea and the coast of Saint-Tropez, as well as plenty of space for dining, sunbathing, and relaxing.

The house is located in a quiet area with little traffic. You’ll be able to enjoy the peace and quiet throughout the entire property. The beach and the center of Les Issambres are still just a 5-minute drive away. Numerous other nearby towns are also within easy reach for shopping, strolling, and dining, such as Sainte-Maxime, Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël, and Saint-Tropez. Saint-Tropez can also be reached by ferry from the harbor in Les Issambres.
A hiking trail runs directly behind the house, leading straight into a beautiful and unspoiled nature reserve. There you’ll find numerous hiking trails, ideal for long walks with your four-legged friend. You can also walk directly down to the beach from there.

The living and dining area, the heart of the house, features an open and bright design. Light floods into the living and dining area from both sides through the large garden and patio doors. The authentic terracotta tiles keep the house pleasantly cool in the summer. In winter, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth. The fireplace adds a unique ambiance and offers pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. Even in the cooler months, the house is therefore well worth a visit to enjoy some peace and sunshine.

The kitchen, which overlooks the rear garden area with a pool, is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and numerous kitchen utensils.

The house features four bedrooms. On the top floor is the master bedroom with an en suite shower room. A few steps down is the entrance to the mezzanine, another living area that opens onto the living room below. This space also features a TV, a small workspace, and a cozy, yoga-inspired seating area. On the floor below is a children’s room with a bunk bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and another bathroom with a bathtub. The room with the bunk bed also contains a variety of children’s books, games, and other toys, ensuring that children have plenty to do even on rainy days. Finally, on the basement level, in addition to the laundry room with a washing machine and iron, there is a large double bedroom with an attached shower room. This level also features a direct door to the garage, which is closed off from the street by a roll-up door, allowing for the immediate unloading of luggage and groceries.
