The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, showcasing stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry. Start your day right with the dual drip and single-serve coffee maker before heading out to explore.
Step outside to enjoy the wraparound porch or gather around the backyard fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. A charcoal BBQ grill is also available for your cookouts.
This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 3 private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom:
• Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Queen bed, direct deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): King bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
• Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Two twin bunk beds, a full bed, and an ensuite bathroom. This room also features a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, perfect for remote work or study.
A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire home and its amenities during your stay. Driveway parking is available for up to 6 vehicles.

No matter the season, Geneva Lake is the ideal place for your next vacation. In warmer months, enjoy days on the beach or boating on the water. The colder months bring opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and brightly lit festivals.
Our home is just minutes from the shores of the lake. The entrance to the famous Yerkes Observatory is just steps away, and you are a short drive from the Kishwauketoe Nature Conservatory. The charming village of Fontana-on-Geneva Lake and the bustling city of Lake Geneva are also nearby, offering endless options for shopping, dining, and exploration.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore all that the Geneva Lake area has to offer. You’ll be less than a 5-minute drive from the heart of Williams Bay, with easy access to the surrounding towns and attractions.
Other Things to Note:
• Please note that a fifth-wheel RV is stored at the end of the driveway and is off-limits to guests.
• Age Requirement: The minimum age to book is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
• Check-in/Out: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary, and additional hours are $30 each.

Our few days in Williams Bay was not long enough! The Milky Way home was just what we needed to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, the home was very clean, and communication with the owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this home for any occasion! Thank you for a lovely home away from home!

Just fantastic. A really nice house, with all the details in design and amenities. Walkable to the observatory and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Even nicer than the pictures! Host was very kind and responsive.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Milky Way with our group of friends. Very clean and well stocked. Exactly what you need for a weekend getaway at Lake Geneva.

We had a great stay at the Milky Way Cottage. The only downside was some traffic noise, especially at night. Hoping the Williams Bay water situation gets resolved quickly. Thankfully, it didn’t affect our enjoyment of the cottage. Everything we needed was provided in this very cute and very clean property. The host was in touch regularly throughout our stay. A nice personal touch!
