The two-tiered deck is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail, with beautiful views over the tree-filled neighborhood.
The coach house is equally impressive, with a sense of seclusion and privacy, and one bedroom, a full bath, and an office for remote workers. The French doors open up to a resort-like pool setting that has been professionally landscaped, complete with a built-in brick fire pit for cozy evenings.
The location of this vacation home is also unbeatable, with the Williams Bay shoreline just a short walk away, along with popular restaurants and the public beach. Guests can enjoy a variety of nearby dining options, including Pier 290, Cafe Calamari, Harpoon Willies, and Lucke's Cantina, as well as the famous Daddy Maxwells for breakfast. And for those looking to explore further afield, downtown Lake Geneva is just a 10-minute drive away.
*Pool is available Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests will be required to sign a separate addendum to our guest rental agreement pertaining to pool/hot tub usage if using these ammenities.*

Clean property that was accurately described and pictured. Pool was beautiful, but bring your own floating devices and toys. Beds were VERY comfortable. Very positive and enjoyable week at this home. The separate coach house has an "office" area that was used by the one person trying to keep up with work. With 5 adults using the Wifi it was somewhat slow.

Our entire family truly enjoyed staying in this beautiful property! The accommodations were modern and pristine. Overall excellent for the smallest at 1 year old to the. 72 aged grandpa! Truly the best part of the property is the pool area and the surprise trampoline for the younger kids. We really relaxed here and didn’t go very far from this property as it was a perfect vacation!

Fantastic in every respect.
2 problems
1 - Thermostat in guest cottage does not work. Rooms get too cold or too hot.
2 - Ice maker in main house refrigerator routinely overfills and is difficult to remove full ice tray
