This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath, newly remodeled Turn-of-the-Century Cottage, is located on the North Shore of Geneva Lake between Fontana and Williams Bay. It sleeps 8 with a king, queen, two twins, and a pull-out couch. The home has a lovely kitchen that is fully-equipped and a dining area that seats 8. There is a large living room, a screened porch and a patio that is perfect for morning coffee!
We are happy to allow pets and to allow you to dock your boat on our boat slip (both for additional fees).
You have exclusive access to one of our piers and can access the pier through a short 300-foot walk down our driveway.
The Green House is located just beside George Williams College campus so it is very quiet, family-friendly, and a terrific place for a relaxing time on Lake Geneva!
The property owners are often onsite at one of the two other houses on the property and are very responsive to whatever issues might arise. We have rented the property for many years and have a great history of satisfied renters - many of whom keep coming back year after year after year!

This house was a great base of operations for our family's Summer trip to Lake Geneva. We were within easy distance to everything in the Lake Geneva area, while being able to enjoy the calm and quiet offered by this Williams Bay location. The house was well-equipped and the owner provided fantastic communication and accommodation.
Recommend you plan ahead to see about options for bringing a boat and renting the optional slip. The pier access was great, but in retrospect we felt that watercraft (beyond the included single-person kayak) would have enhanced the experience.
We found it really cool that the property is adjacent to the sleepy George Williams College campus, nestled in the woods with frequent deer and wild turkey sightings. Very relaxing to return here after a day in downtown Lake Geneva or from boating on the lake. Definitely recommend!
