Located just steps from the shoreline our home is designed for groups who want to park the car and walk to the best of Williams Bay.

All-Season Fun: In Summer, walk to the beach and swim platforms. In Fall/Winter, cozy up by the gas fire pit or soak in the 7-person hot tub after a day of skiing.

Gather Together: The main floor features a stunning open-concept design. The fully stocked chef's kitchen boasts a breakfast bar (seats 4) and bistro table (seats 2), flowing into a large dining area that seats 10 comfortably.
The "Fun Zone" (Lower Level): The ultimate hang-out spot! Features a massive sectional sofa, 75-inch flat-screen TV, Air Hockey table, and a variety of puzzles and board games.
BEDROOM & BATHROOM LAYOUT Sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably with premium, professionally laundered linens.
Bedroom 1 (Main Level): Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, walk-out Juliette balcony with lake views.
Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, walk-out Juliette balcony with lake views.
Bedroom 3 (Main Level): Two Twin Beds.
Shared Bath (Main Level): Full bathroom servicing the main floor bedrooms.
Bunk Room (Lower Level): Four built-in, adult-sized Twin Bunk Beds (sturdy and comfortable for kids or adults).
Lower Level Bath: Full bathroom and laundry center.
OUTDOOR LIVING
Relax: Private 7-person hot tub and a gas fire pit with seating for 6.
Dine: Full-size gas grill for BBQs.
Play: 2 adult bicycles, 2 children's scooters, beach chairs, beach toys, and a beach cart are provided for your use.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch by the bay. The location is perfect for getting around and seeing everything the area has to offer. We hit Fontana beach and Lake Como as well as the LG area. The home is well thought out and extremely organized. From the hot tub and fire pit to the bikes and beach toys, our entire family had a great time! Thank you Jessica for an amazing week!

It was the perfect set up for our family and had truly everything we could possibly need/want. Host was great in communication and clearly thoughtful in the design of the home. Would definitely recommend!

Check-in was quick and easy. The house is very nicely finished and updated. Every cabinet in the kitchen was labeled which was really helpful. Our host was very responsive and helpful, we had a great time and would gladly stay again!
