The property is located across from a natural conservatory and nestled along a quiet street. Steps away, you’ll find restaurants, bars, and one of the cleanest spring-fed lakes in the country. The options within walking distance are endless.
The space
Come in, drop your bags, and let yourself escape into the comfort of home and the action of historic Williams Bay and surrounding areas - (Downtown Lake Geneva, Lake Como, and Delavan just 10 minutes away!)
No matter how you spend your day you’ll come back to your home where everything has been designed with you in mind and crafted to be effortless.
The main floor provides a bright open-concept kitchen, large dining table, and living space - perfect for gatherings. The fully-stocked kitchen and pantry make meals a breeze. Linger around the table playing games or cozy up on the large sofa with access to multiple streaming options.
Take a step outside onto a private patio with a pergola and grass area where nature’s best sounds mix perfectly with a morning’s cup of coffee. At night the twinkling café lights and a cocktail await you.
At the end of the day, retreat upstairs to the primary bedroom with king bed, luxury linens, and ensuite bath. The simplicity of smooth lines and natural colors accented with contemporary design elements will bring you a sense of relaxation and serenity.
Also upstairs, a second bath and large bunk room, lovingly built to maximize sleep. With two custom made sets of queen-over-queen bunk beds, this room provides comfort and functionality for all age groups.
