About this apartment rental
Located on the ground floor the apartment has a large terrace with a garden teak table. 8 seats, chairs and an imitation pine living room. A second garden is located at the rear of the building, where there is a brand new bbq.
In the living room, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge and a small freezer, a gas hob, a combined oven waves / grill, a percolator and a new service cutlery / plates / pots.
You will find a two-person sofa and an armchair convertible into a bed, a folding table 6 seats. Large storage cabinet.
A nice room with a big bed, a brand new mattress with aloe vera.
All linen (bedding, bath towels) is new.
The bathroom is nice and has a new shower.
In a word the apartment has been completely renovated and all electrical appliances are new: vacuum cleaner, iron, coffee percolator, washing machine, fruit press, TV, hair dryer ......
In addition, to reach the beach, shops nearby, you have two bikes in very good condition.
The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners.
Effective internet via smartphone roaming.
From early June to late September, you have access to the pool.
There is an underground garage reserved for your vehicle.

We had an amazing time at Miscry's Apartment. It is exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures. Very clean, lots of storage space and comfortable beds. I travel with my husband and 2 children and the apartment was perfect for the 4 of us. The property manager was very helpful and polite.
The location was perfect, a quiet area conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants and gelaterias. With easy access to main roads.
