The building "Paradise Residence" is located 280 m from the beach in a street "soi 7" where we find: restaurants, hotels, massage parlors, beauty salons, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores. The building is guarded 24/24, floors are served by elevator, parking for motorcycle and car is in the basement

This property was great value for money. We were able to rent two units in the same building.The pool was well maintained it was in a great location for the beach, bars local market, convenience store and public transportation. The owners live in the same block and are easy to communicate with We would happily stay here again
