The "Paradise Residence" building is located 280 m from the beach in a "soi 7" street where you will find: restaurants, hotels, massage salons, beauty salons, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores. The building is guarded 24 hours a day, the floors are serviced by a lift, the parking lot for motorbikes and cars is in the basement

Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Nice pool Everything was great except the loud music playing in the bar across the street till 3 am every night !

Nice and clean condo. Close to bars, restaurants and the beach. Baht bus is only steps away which makes getting around easy.
