Location excellent. excellent room .fridge, kettle, microwave all good .cleaner very good .towels etc changed every week .pool tired and dirty .but lovely to use . excellent views..strong chlorine.now being refurbished/renovated..would use again.recommend..

Too firm mattress ..shower drain away blocked .needs curtains..or something..shower holder no good .pool dirty at times .to much chlorine or chemicals.

Location - the beach is just around the corner! Eateries, convenience stores, Jomtien night market, bars... you name it, you can walk to it from the condotel. Moreover, the room itself is topnotch. Great view of the sea. I'm on holiday but it's a perfect spot (at least for me) if I'm working remotely. Spacious room, too, with ref & microwave for one's basic food stuff. I've been to Pattaya twice before, and this was the best room I have stayed in. I would try to book again if I go back to Pattaya next time/next year.

Very nice property, clean, good location. Close to beach, swimming pool was great, good communication with owner, I forgot my key in the room and she helped me straight away.

Beliggenhet, fint rom og god seng med godt teppe.

Ingen ting, men skulle det være noe, så ble det ikke skiftet håndkle de 4 dagene jeg bodde der og det randt dårlig ned i sluket på badet.
