It's a recently renovated studio apartment with stylish new furniture and a very comfortable, large bed. Small kitchenette with refrigerator and hot plate induction cooktop for preparing your own meals. Good A/C and shower. Actually it is nicer than on the photos. The view from the 14th floor is great! The elevators are fast and reliable, you can take the stairs to the swimming pool and rooftop garden on the 17th floor. Very close to the beach and the Walking Street. Wish we had booked two weeks...

No chair(s) on the balcony. Nothing where you could hang wet towels and swimsuits. Not even salt and pepper, no detergent and sponge in the kitchenette. The bad smell another guest mentioned: only once a while, just a whiff from the bathroom. Maybe the water drainage in the shower needs to be cleaned thoroughly. At night it's a bit noisy from the bars in the street, but only when the windows are open. The pool is not very deep, not ideal for swimming.
