Bella Vista Condominiums boasts an oceanfront pool and hot tub, a well-equipped gym, and a gorgeous club room. The club room is designed for entertaining and is equipped with a billiards room, bar, kitchen and dining tables. The cutting-edge health and fitness center allows you to exercise while surrounded by the peace of the ocean. The secured underground parking allows for peace of mind and exclusivity while on your beach getaway. The oceanfront pool and hot tub are surrounded by an oceanfront sun deck. Between the pool and hot tub you'll find two paved, oceanfront fire pits, perfect for evening S'mores and wine around a campfire while listening to the waves crash against the shore. There's also plenty of seating for an oceanfront picnic nearby!
Although Bella Vista surrounds you completely with privacy and luxury, it's also located in the heart of Daytona Beach. Directly across the street is a locally-owned Latin café and even a barbeque restaurant. A couple of blocks down and you'll find a spa, ice cream shop, arcade, and many cute beach-side shops.
Step through the foyer of this private, 10th floor oasis and feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. The oceanfront living room greets you with large windows surrounding the room all overlooking the ocean below. The living room includes a large, flat-screen TV as well as a fireplace.
Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a large, formal dining area perfect for dining together. Just off the dining room is the cutting-edge kitchen. Marble counters, new, stainless appliances, an abundance of counter space, and a kitchen island make this kitchen a cook's paradise! A breakfast nook is just off the kitchen and offers beautiful oceanfront views as well. This unit also includes an in-unit, private laundry room for added convenience.
The oceanfront primary suite hosts a king bed, large television, and walk-in closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a double vanity, large walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The primary bedroom also holds access to the oceanfront balcony. Both guest bedrooms hold one queen bed and display gorgeous views of the Daytona city-scape and the Halifax River. One guest bedroom has a full, en-suite bathroom and a TV and the other has an adjacent full bathroom.
Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes one reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed.
Bella Vista Condominiums does require a minimum stay of at least 30 nights, booked at least 16 days in advance of a guests' arrival.
The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer. Where to even begin?! This stay exceeded all expectations. We always come to the Daytona area in the Fall for a long stay but this was our favorite place by far. We've stayed at different Dimucci complexes and St. Maarten but Bella Vista beats them all. The condo itself is HUGE, including the balcony! Most spacious floorplans of all the condos in the area. Oceanfront views from nearly every window and balcony was just breathtaking. Then there's the amenities; beyond compare. So many pools outside/inside, hot tubs, oceanfront decks, etc. It's as if you are at a 5 star resort. The cleaning was completely impeccable and the staff at Oceans Luxury Vacations was professional, helpful, and kind. They were always a quick text or phone call away whenever we had a question. The mattresses and furniture are so comfortable which is important for a long stay. I am day-dreaming about returning just writing this review. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
