Rates have been reduced by 50% for the Summer and Fall 2026 to compensate for the lack of balcony access and the likelihood of a lot of noise Monday-Friday 8am-4pm from the balcony replacement project. Manager was great!Great beach view and pool. Condo kitchen had everything we needed. Condo was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Would come back. Great stay!

Situated in a nice location in Daytona Beach Shores, the property had underground/covered parking. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated with just about anything you might need. Views of the beach and ocean were perfect from both bedrooms as well as the living area. The kitchen was furnished with items you might need as well as a selection of appliances. The condo was quiet and secure with a beautiful pool and plenty of chairs. Michelle was the perfect host, made sure we knew she was available if anything came up and we needed help, and she was easy to communicate with. Hope to stay there again!

Everything was good, except we couldnt use any of the balconies as they felt unsafe. None of the pictures had the temporary supports in them.
