Rates have been reduced by 50% for the Summer and Fall 2026 to compensate for the lack of balcony access and the likelihood of a lot of noise Monday-Friday 8am-4pm from the balcony replacement project. All other amenities will be accessible. Come relax in this well-maintained, modern home-away-from-home. Beautiful, well appointed two bedroom condo on the beach. While we were unable to take much advantage of the beach the access is easy and the beach is beautiful. Chairs and towels and toys were available. Parking inside was especially convenient when the rain poured. The host was quick to respond to any questions and great with directions on how to check in. Highly recommend!

Michelle has a great location for being on the beach. Nice and quiet, but close to everything. All the amenities you need. Plus she is very responsive to your needs.

Everything was good, except we couldnt use any of the balconies as they felt unsafe. None of the pictures had the temporary supports in them.
