Rates have been reduced by 50% for Summer and Fall 2026 to compensate for the lack of balcony access and the likelihood of a lot of noise Monday-Friday 8am- 4 pm due to balcony replacement. All other amenities will be open and accessible. Come relax in this well-maintained, modern home-away-from-home at Sandpoint Condominiums. Enjoy free resort-style amenities such as an oceanside, on-site heated pool, dry sauna, library, and fitness center. Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of space and oceanviews from both bedrooms, the living room, dining area, and kitchen. This recently renovated condo boasts tile floors throughout with lots of glass allowing natural light to brighten your living space. The main living/dining area adjoins the well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Park in the free, cool, underground parking garage. Although the building has an elevator, it's not necessary to wait for it as this unit is on the second floor and you are only one flight of stairs away from the pool deck.

This unit was beautiful. Everything we needed was there. It was very clean. The decor was beautiful and the place was almost perfect. My issues were not with the host or the unit. During the booking process I used filters to show me places that were oceanFRONT and places with a hot tub in addition to having two bedrooms, a pool and two bathrooms. I did notice earlier that the photos didn’t show the ocean but the next door building so I emailed and found out this was not oceanfront but there was a view. Unfortunately the view was not a sunrise view and we weren’t going to be able to see any space launches from our room or lay in the sun from the balcony. There was also no hot tub on the property. After some research after our arrival, we found out that sometimes Vrbo gets it wrong. Spending a week away hoping for sunshine on a balcony that never sees the sun and not having a hot tub (we are daily users on vacation) was super disappointing. The room, facility and people were great otherwise. If you don’t care about the view or having a hot tub, this place was 100% perfect.

Very cute place to stay for our spur of the moment weekend getaway. Michelle was extremely friendly and very good at communication. The place was very clean and great location. Enjoyed the pool and beach time. Would highly recommend! :)
