Please note: *** BALCONY RESTORATION STARTING*** Crews preparing for work starting on June 13 - NO BALCONY ACCESS after June 22nd ** Large balcony furniture will be stored inside unit. Work is suspended July 2 - 12 for the July 4 holiday. All other areas of the building will be open to enjoy.
They are starting on the North & West sides of the building for the remainder of 2026. This unit is located on the northwest corner. Much of the work will include drilling and jack hammering - you will here extremely loud noise despite the location of the work.
Crews work 8AM - 4PM Monday - Friday. Typically they do not work on Saturday and Sunday. If you are active - out and about, spending the day at the beach, taking day trips, etc. this may not be an issue. If you plan to spend a lot of time inside the unit during work hours it will be very intrusive.

Due to this, there is limited on site parking. Each unit is allowed only one car on site. This unit has one reserved spot in the garage. Guest may obtain an extra parking pass from building management for a public parking lot across the street.
Pool and beach access are open and all is well!. Pool hours are 8 AM - Dusk.
This Unit is located within a Condominium Property that is subject to Chapter 718, F.S (The Florida Condominium Act), the Declaration of Condominium of Sandpoint, A Condominium, and the Rules and Regulations, including pet and other use restrictions, adopted by the Association’s Board from time to time.
